Purple Roof carries out its struggle against men's violence with its wide network of volunteers. It is necessary to participate in workshop studies in order to become a Purple Roof volunteer. Violence awareness is raised, information regarding the history of this struggle in Turkey, legal arrangements and studies that are carried out in solidarity centers and shelters with feminist methodology are provided in workshop studies. Volunteer studies not only provide support to Purple Roof, but also contribute to the self improvement of the volunteers.
3. You can provide support in various subjects.
You can provide support related to subjects such as health, communication, computer and translation, and you can also contribute to archive studies and information updates in Purple Roof. It is sufficient to allocate certain times within a week or a month (even 1-2 hours may be enough).

You can carry out civil society initiatives that you want to initiate regarding the violence against women with Purple Roof. One of the basic problems is that women who suffer violence have difficulties in finding jobs that are suitable for them in the future.
