Shelters and Consultation Centers Convention

 

Since 1998, Mor Çatı has organized conferences and conventions for women organizations, municipalities and for relevant Institution of Social Services and Child Welfare (SHÇEK) employees, all of whom are working towards the prevention of violence towards women, or who are planning to initiate a consultation centre/shelter. These Shelter and Consultation Centers Convention provide the opportunity to demonstrate a united front to oppose violence towards women, and it becomes an important opportunity to share information
